Refund policy

We have aΒ 72 hours exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exchanges are applicable only in case you receive a damaged product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If yourΒ exchange requestΒ is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting aΒ exchange will not be accepted. The item will undergo a quality check prior to the exchanged item being issued.Β

Please keep the original packaging safe and reuse it for reverse shipping. The customer is not charged a reverse shipping fee to send the defected item back to us as long as it is under INR 150.Β  Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. AΒ maximum of INR 150 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
